For the large conference hall, I painted Waterfall on Colors, its concept is that the world is filled with diversity.

Exhibited works for Sundaram Tagore Gallery Booth at Tokyo Gendai; described as the first international contemporary art fair in Tokyo bay in 30 years, It was such a pleasure to have Ambassador Emanuel and Ms. Amy Rule join for the opening day.

With the help from Mr. Nakajima from Seikodo Nakajima,  I am choosing fabrics for the scroll works which will be mounted and displayed at the exhibition held for Mitsukoshi 350 year anniversary event in November. Some fabrics are as old as 350 years.

In the meeting with Mr. Fukuda from Fukuda Sokindo in Tokyo.  I've asked Mr. Fukuda and Mr. Nakajima to create scrolls for the exhibition at Mitsukoshi.  It is fascinating to see two extraordinally different tastes.

Back in my studio in Hawaii, I am planning new works for next year's exhibition.  I am studying colors from the Shosoin Repository.
